Did you know that in 2011 NASA retired its shuttles? Now U.S. astronauts travel on a Russain space craft each price of the ride is over 60 million dollars. NASA wants to be able to send astronauts to space from U.S. soil. Now the goverment is asking Congress for 821 million to pay U.S.companies to build spaceships so NASA can use them. But some people think NASA should instead build its own spaceships and use them.
